Privacy policy

goji is made and run by Databurst Technologies LLC, 1999 S Coast Hwy, Suite E, Laguna Beach, CA 92651 ("we"). Questions about your data: conor@databurst.dev.
What we collect
- Your account. Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. Sign-in is handled by Google Cloud Identity Platform.
- What you ask goji to do. Your words (plans and messages), the projects, repositories and files you give goji, and what goji builds from them: code, apps and their data.
- The work itself. The steps goji's workers take, their transcripts and test output, and the usage and cost of each model call.
- What you connect. If you connect GitHub, the repositories you choose to give goji. If you connect Slack, the channel goji posts to. If you add your own Macs, each Mac's name, its health readings and the work run on it.
- Payments. Stripe handles them. We keep your offer, balance and charges, never your card number.
- Running the service. Request logs (address, browser, time) to keep goji working and secure.
How we use it
To do the work you ask, run the apps goji builds for you, bill usage, keep goji secure and working, and tell you when something needs you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Only to do the work, under their own terms:
- Google Cloud: hosting, sign-in and storage, in the United States.
- Anthropic: the AI models goji's workers use. Your words and code are sent to them to do the work.
- Stripe: payments.
- GitHub and Slack: only when you connect them.
How long we keep it
A worker's transcripts and the files attached to work are kept for a number of days your workspace owner sets, then deleted. An owner can delete all of them at once from Settings. Your account and workspace are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Ask us at conor@databurst.dev for a copy of your data, or to delete your account and workspace.
Children
goji is not for anyone under 16.
