Terms of service

Last updated 28 October 2026.

goji is run by Databurst Technologies LLC, 1999 S Coast Hwy, Suite E, Laguna Beach, CA 92651 ("we"). By using goji, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and workspaces. One account is for one person.

What goji does

goji builds and runs software from your words, using AI models. It can make mistakes. Check what it builds before you rely on it.

Your content

You own your words, your code and what goji builds for you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide goji to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use goji to build, run or send anything illegal, harmful or abusive. That includes malware, attacks, spam, and anything that infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to break goji, reach other people's workspaces, or get around its limits.

Prices and payment

Prices are on the site. Free comes with usage to start, once. Paid offers are billed monthly through Stripe, with usage beyond what's included charged at the listed prices. You can cancel at any time, and your offer ends at the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-months, except where the law requires it. When prices change, we tell you before the change applies to you.

Apps goji runs for you

goji hosts the apps it builds at addresses on gojiworks.app. We may pause an app that breaks these terms or harms others, and we will tell you why.

Availability

We work to keep goji running, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using goji at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
